Intended Use: CHE reagent is intended for quantitative in vitro determination of CHE activity in serum or plasma on photometric systems and auxiliary diagnosis for liver hurt or organophosphorus poisoning on clinic. CHE in serum is synthesized by liver and secreted into serum. CHE activity will decline when liver disease or organophosphorus poisoning occurs and will increase when nephropathy, hyperthyroidism or hereditary high CHE disease occurs.
