Intended Use: Creatinine Kit (Modified Jaff Mathod) is intended for quantitative in vitro determination of CREA concentration in serum on photometric systems and mainly used for renal evaluations on clinic. CREA is synthesized chemically from creatine phosphate during muscle contractions and discharged into blood at a constant rate. In the case of strict diet controlling, creatine will be eliminated by kidney, thus keeping on a statistic concentration. The concentration of creatine in blood will increase when glomerular filtrating recession and series injury of kidney happens, and the declining case used to be seen in amyotrophy and leukemia etc.
